Ted Talk Summary - Careers Project. 

Task 1 - take this block - view a variety of short 10-20 min Ted Talks on any of the following you are interested in. 

Ted Talk Topic recommended to search are as follows (You Tube):

* Careers

* Happiness

* Life & Career 

* Travel 

I recommend selecting a talk to review/summarize for this assignment that is about 10-15 min in length. A video shorter than 10 min won't provide you with much content. However, select a video that is too long and you will may be writing the assignment for a number of weeks. 

Review: How do you write a summary? 

Pick out a min of 3-4 points that are presented within the talk that you end up selecting as your focus for this assignment. 

Start your paragraph. 

Formula for your paragraph below.

• Intro the topic and speaker, perhaps talk about why you selected the talk. 
• Highlight the 3-4 points that stood out to you. 
• Conclude your paragraph - perhaps state whether you agree or not with the speakers stance, or why you agree or not with the perspective of the talk, or perhaps what point stood out to you the most and why. Wrap your paragraph up with your own perspective/interpretation of your selected Ted Talk. 

Once your Ted Talk Paragraph is complete you can upload it to Assignment 4 inside Teams.
